After 32 months of collaboration, innovation and international cooperation, the Eco-Jobs project has officially come to an end, leaving behind a lasting legacy of educational resources, innovative methodologies and green entrepreneurship tools for vocational education across Europe.
The project’s final evaluation workshops, involving consortium partners, teachers and students from Italy, Spain and Greece, confirmed the positive impact of Eco-Jobs on both learners and educators.
Students identified improved language skills, new digital competences and a better understanding of emerging green careers as the project’s most significant outcomes. They also reported increased confidence in working with others (8.1/10), greater awareness of sustainability challenges (7.8/10) and stronger readiness to explore future career opportunities (7.8/10).

Teachers highlighted enhanced coaching skills, more innovative teaching approaches and stronger international cooperation. Many confirmed that they will continue using the Eco Business Model Canvas, Delightex virtual reality environments and learning-by-doing methodologies developed through the project.
The consortium partners also recognised the project’s success in strengthening engagement with environmental challenges and the principles of the New European Bauhaus (4.5/5), while the Eco Business Model Canvas received outstanding evaluations for its relevance to market needs and sustainability challenges (4.6/5).

Looking ahead, the strongest message emerging from the evaluation is that Eco-Jobs has created a community of educators, learners and organisations ready to continue promoting green entrepreneurship and innovative vocational education. While the project has officially ended, its results, partnerships and methodologies will continue supporting the next generation of green professionals across Europe.
