The Eco Jobs Business Simulation is nearing its final stage, with the project finale in Foligno, Italy

Over the last months, student teams have worked with technical partners and Green Mentors to develop and refine their business ideas. This culminated in national pre-selection events where teams from Italy, Spain, and Greece presented their green business concepts, aiming to select the most promising ideas for the international final.

An international jury of project partners and external experts in sustainability and business development evaluated teams based on pitch quality in English, alignment with the Eco Jobs profile, and creativity in using the Delightex VR platform, among other criteria.

As a result, 10 participants per country were selected to continue. They will further develop their Eco Business Model Canvas, focusing on feasibility, sustainability, and market readiness.

The final in Italy will include in-person mentoring at Università degli Studi di Perugia, where experts in education and entrepreneurship will support pitch refinement. Hosting partner EGInA will also organize activities for students to explore the natural heritage of the Umbria region, one of Italy’s most distinctive landscapes.
