The Eco-Jobs Business Simulation has started, and following the students’ mobility in Berlin, the international teams have entered the initial stage of developing their green start-up ideas.
During the Berlin phase, students were introduced to the Business Model Canvas, visited local organizations working in the green sector, and formed international teams based on selected Eco Jobs profiles. Meeting in person helped to build trust and establish working relationships within the teams.
In Phase 2 – Initial Stage, teams are now setting up communication channels and defining roles and responsibilities. They are in the process of selecting one business idea to develop further. This phase aims to establish a clear structure for collaboration and prepare for the mentoring process.
The mentoring sessions with the technical partners will begin in the first week of November. These sessions will support the teams in refining their business concepts and ensuring that the ideas are feasible and relevant to the project’s objectives.
Subsequent phases will focus on developing the business models in detail, preparing the virtual business pitches, and participating in the international competition scheduled for May 2026. The two best teams will advance to the Social Hackathon in Italy in July 2026.
